These terms apply when you use this website or hire AS Brand Studio (“we”, “us”), a digital marketing agency based in New Delhi, India. By using our services, you agree to them.

Our services

We provide social media management, paid advertising, SEO, content, branding and website services. The exact scope, deliverables and price for your work are set out in your chosen plan or a written proposal.

Fees and payment

  • Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes are extra.
  • There is no setup fee.
  • Advertising spend (for example, on Meta or Google) is not included in our fees. It is paid by you, directly to the platform or as agreed in writing.
  • Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

Minimum term and cancellation

Our plans have a minimum term of 3 months. After that, you can cancel by giving written notice before your next billing cycle.

Results

We work hard to get you results, and we share our past results in good faith. But marketing results depend on many things outside our control, such as platform algorithms, your market and your budget, so we can’t guarantee specific numbers.

Your accounts and content

You own your pages, ad accounts and data. We work through partner access, and you can remove our access at any time. Once you’ve paid for them, you own the final content and designs we create for you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, the access we need, and timely feedback, and to make sure anything you give us to publish, such as logos, photos and claims, is yours to use and is lawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for actions taken by advertising platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
